Commercial & Corporate Advice: Assisting with risk management and corporate governance within the realm of MGA Law, providing guidance on proactive measures before key legal actions, making recommendations on maintaining, ending, or restoring relationships, and advising on issues ranging from business structure to day-to-day disputes.
Civil Litigation: Detailing the pros and cons at an early stage of a matter, providing strategic planning based on the client’s objectives, reevaluating case merits periodically, and attending hearings in the District and Supreme Court of New South Wales, as well as the Federal Circuit Court and Federal Court of Australia.
Liquidation, Administration, and Bankruptcy: Providing advice on restructuring issues, coordinating communication with all interested parties for solutions, working collaboratively with insolvency professionals like liquidators and administrators, and assisting with litigation or recovery actions when necessary.

In his spare time, he serves as the producer of "Life Think Tank" since 2018, focusing on topics concerning the global economy, legal reforms, and cultural conflicts, and has produced commentary videos such as "how smart contracts may change the legal industry."
YOLANDA ZHANG
ASSOCIATE
Yolanda Zhang is a solicitor at MGA Legal, specializing in commercial law, corporate law, civil litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. Since her admission as a solicitor in 2021, Yolanda has gained extensive experience representing clients in the federal courts and New South Wales courts, as well as in international arbitration, including the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
Her main practice at MGA Lawyers spans a diverse range of legal areas, including:

Civil Litigation: Facilitating a broad spectrum of dispute resolution matters between companies, joint venture partners, and shareholders, assisting clients in recovering outstanding debts and enforcing judgments, and representing clients in the Federal Court of Australia, as well as Local, District, and Supreme Courts;

Regulator’s requisitions and compliance: Assisting in correspondence with related authorities including the Revenue Office, Australia Taxation Office, Foreign Investment Review Board, and Land Registry at both state and federal levels concerning applications, requisitions, exemptions, concessions, or objections;
4. Debt recovery support: Assisting with inspecting credit reports, preparing necessary forms, calculating accrued interests, conducting searches, and serving legal documentation;
